Vintage 1980s ruffle formal men's button up shirt that I handpainted with purple, magenta, and green detailing throughout. I went for an abstracted brush stroke design that is very graphic and even imitates seams in some parts of the shirt. The crowning jewel of the shirt though is without a doubt the text handpainted across the back of the shirt that reads "ART FAG"

I wanted to take the antiquated slur and reclaim the power that it has. Perfect for the wearer that wants to declare themselves an ART FAG to the world!
