Life is NOT A CAKE WALK
Life is far from being easy, but it can be so rewarding. I believe that with hard work, dedication, gratitude, & some natural skill that most situations can be improved upon. We all have our unique circumstances & obstacles to overcome but it’s up to us to recognize all of the blessings we have in each of our lives. We must then choose to act with intention so that one day we will reach our full worldly potential.
With all of that in mind I was inspired to create this large scale cake look from repurposed cardboard/foam & accessible hardware materials. Choosing to truly lean into the notion of working with what I have at hand. I was so happy with dramatic, campy, and over the top result that I reached with my craft.
